French Pear Bread

Ingredient 1 lb loaf 1.5 lb loaf 2 lb loaf
pear puree 3/4 c 1 c 1 1/4 c
vegetable oil 1 1/2 T 2 T 2 1/2 T
honey 1 1/2 T 2 T 2 1/2 T
eggs 1 2 2
salt 1/2 tsp 3/4 tsp 1 tsp
coarsely ground black pepper, optional 1/8 tsp 1/4 tsp 1/4 tsp
bread flour 2 c 3 c 3 1/2 c

yeast

1 1/2 tsp 2 tsp 2 1/2 tsp
dried pears, chopped, optional 1/3 c 1/2 c 2/3 c
cycle: white or sweet no timer  
crust: light to medium    

A 14-15 oz can of pears makes about 1 cup of pear puree.  Just drain, rinse and mash.

Add dried pears at the beginning of the second kneading or at the beep if you have a fruit/nut cycle.
